How do I place an order online?

Ordering with sardonyxbooks.com is easy!
After finding the item you want, click "Buy now" to place it into your personal Shopping Cart.
If you would like to purchase more than one copy, then add the item multiple times to your cart. If you would like to remove an item from your cart, click on ‘REMOVE’ right in front of the item, and your total price is automatically re-calculated.

Click "Check Out" to begin our simple 4 step process.

1. Sign in to our checkout process using your sardonyxbooks.com user name and password as a security measure. We are protecting your order information from unauthorized access. If you have not yet registered a user name and password, you can create them at this time.
2. Enter the delivery address if different from previously entered details.
3. Verify your order information.
4. Review and submit your order.

How long will my order take?

All orders submitted before 1p.m will be delivered on the same day. Orders received later will be delivered the next day. The Customer will be notified of Items, which are out of stock, and delivery will be made upon availability. 50% of delivery costs will be charged for such items.

Can I cancel all or part of my order after it has been submitted?

We strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. As such you can cancel or amend your order by sending an email or calling our shop before 12noon Monday through Friday.

Can I return an item?

Our policy does not allow for return of books. Books delivered and paid for will not (cannot) be accepted back into our Store.

Can I place an order by phone, fax or mail?

Placing an order online is easy, but you can also order any of the products you find online at by calling our Store on or sending a fax to

What are my payment options?

For now, Sardonyxbooks.com accepts payment upon delivery via cash, certified cheque or valucard.
Can I order from outside Nigeria?
For now you cannot order outside Nigeria because of the payment restrictions.

Yes, within 5 minutes you will receive e-mail as confirmation of your order.

How can I search for books?

To find a book, enter part of the author's name or part of the book's title in the search box.
You can also search for books in a particular category by entering a subject (such as Christian living). Click Go or press the [Enter] key on your keyboard.
The results, if any, will be a single item or a list of items. Click on an item in which you are interested to get more information or to order it.
